Impound Auctions

• Badger does not accept absentee bids. Bidders must be present. Bidders may pay and collect paperwork after the auctioneer is finished. Vehicles not paid for by 5 pm will be forfeit to Badger Towing. Bidders who forfeit their vehicles will be banned from future auto auctions! Successful bidders are encouraged to remove their purchases promptly after payment. Bidders may NOT "tinker" with any vehicles until purchased and paid for.
• Successful bidders may NOT engage in mechanical repairs on the premises regardless of whether vehicles are inside or outside of Badger's gate. (Except jumpstarts, fluid checks, and air. Badger Staff will assist as time allows)
• Impound Gate will be closed after 5:00 pm--remaining purchased vehicles may be moved outside the secured gate for the buyer's convenience
• Badger Towing is not responsible for auction cars left after 5:00 pm Saturday
• All purchases must be removed by Monday @ 5:00 pm
• Discounted tow fees available for auction vehicles
• Uncollected purchases are subject to re-impoundment​
• Children are welcome to attend the Auto Auction with their parents, BUT parents must always monitor their children closely to ensure their safety and to prevent any disruption during Preview and Auction. Dogs must remain inside personal vehicles.
